Training
FEMA provides many different sources of BCA training. BCA users are required to take the prerequisite training on BCA prior to attending a classroom course either in the field or at the Emergency Management Institute (EMI). Advanced users are allowed to take the Bridge Training course to fulfill this requirement. For more information on each of these courses, please review the information below:
Please note that most of the Training modules are currently still under development. You may access the Introduction to Benefit-Cost Analysis Training and Bridge Training courses listed below under Online Training.
The classroom training, coursework, and manuals are currently being developed and will be listed below upon completion.
Online Training
